Q) Are your Ear, Nipple Jewellery etc Sold In Pairs?

All Jewellery Are Sold Individually Unless Stated As One Pair, If You Require A Pair Please Purchase Quantity 2

 

Q) How long does it take to dispatch my order once i made payment?

Once payment has been made and cleared your order will be dispatched out to you within 24hrs excluding weekends and public holidays

 

Q) How long will it take to reach me after my order has been dispatched?

For delivery within Australia it can take around 2-7 working days, for all international it can take around 7-14 working days. It may also vary depending on the country custom processing time

 

Q) What happen if my goods are broken on arrival?

If your goods have arrived damaged please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem

 

Q) Can i Track my Package?

Orders that are sent regular cannot be tracked, that is why we always recommend going registered as we can help you track the parcel and also it is insured against loss

 

Q) What are your payment methods?

We accept Paypal and Credit Card

(We accept Credit Card Payments Through Paypal Just Click Pay With Credit or Debit Card... No Paypal Account is required.)

 

Q) How will my order be packaged?

All goods will placed in a safe bubble packages.  If orders are too large to be placed in bubble packages it will be placed in a safe box

To place an order all you need to do is create an account with us

 

Q) Why do i have to create an account to buy from you?

Creating an account is necessary as it will allow our customers to view their orders and allow us to process there orders quickly.  Also save time for future purchases

 

Q) How secure is my credit card detail?

Your credit card detail is very secure as it is managed by Paypal and our staff cannot see your credit card detail when payment has been made

 

Q) My Order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived in estimated time given, please contact us so we can help you in finding out what has gone wrong

 

Q) Can i exchange or refund my order after i have received it?

Sorry we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind after goods have been sent also due to health and safety hygiene reason. We sell only brand new jewellery not second hand returned jewellery like other sellers. We do our best to give you full description of the jewellery, so you know what you will receive.  If you have received  jewellery that you believe does not match our description please contact us

 

Q) How come your prices are so cheap?

We have a good reputation with our supplier and because we buy in large bulk we get good discount which we can then pass it on to you

 

Q) How long will it take you to answer my email?

We reply to all email within 24hrs, please contact us again if you have not heard back from us this is sometimes due to email not getting to us the first time

 

Q) Are the jewellery Sterilized when i receive it?

All Jewellery purchase do not come sterilized you must sterilize all jewellery before wearing them

 

Q) How do i measure my jewellery?

If you do not know what size jewellery you need please check out our Size chart it will give you details on how the jewellery are measured and the appropriate size to buy

 

Q) What currency are you using?

We are an Australian company using Australian Dollars, if you are an international customer Paypal will automatically convert the cost for you

 

Q) Do you have a shop?

Sorry we do not have a shop as we trade only online. With less overhead we can sell at low price to you
